May I have you try creating a clean environment to test? I'm curious if something else imported into NinjaTrader may be interfering.
Same steps as before, but this time rename the Ninjatrader 8 folder so a new one is generated.
To create a clean temporary NinjaTrader folder:
- Shutdown NinjaTrader
- Rename (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8\ to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8.original\
- Download the NinjaTrader installation package from the link below
- http://ninjatrader.com/GetStarted
- Run the repair from this (if the repair is unsuccessful, uninstall and then re-install NinjaTrader)
