candlestick patterns

Im trying to say that:
if Hammer Candlestick pattern == true then go long
but its saying the expressions dont match.
What else kind of expression could it be other than false? thanks

just doesnt seem normal to me

Thanks for your post.

The NinjaTrader indicator CandleStick Pattern will produce a value of 1 when the pattern is found so you would need to use Misc>Numeric Value 1 on the right side.
