This looks like an exception with the strategy execution database insertion. Please first upgrade to the latest version of NinjaTrader by running the installer below:

https://ninjatrader.com/GetStarted

After this, remove the strategy instance and re-add it, and then go to Tools>Database management and click "Repair".
