wrong timing

Sorry I ask so many questions. I'm sure this has been answered before.
I'm having trouble getting any of my strategies to trigger at the right times.
On this one I set it to buy in when the RSI is greater than the RSI average.
As you can see in this picture, its not working right or its just late.

This happens with anything. For example EMAs.
I try to change my strategy to be based calculating on Ticks but I still have the problems. Thanks

When you say late, do mean after the condition bar has closed?

Are you using Calculate OnBarClose or are you using Calculate.OnPriceChange or Calculate.OnEachTick?

Is this historical or real-time data?

If this is real-time with Calculate.OnPriceChange, use prints and TraceOrders to understand any behavior. Print the values used in the conditions with the time of the bar to understand why conditions are evaluating as true or false, use TraceOrders to understand what is happening to orders, if they are submitted, ignored, rejected, or cancelled. Save the output to a text file.
