Stoplimit order not respected

Hello ,

I attach a figure where the strategy opens a position and when the price reaches the stoploss level it does not close the position. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Thank you for your post.

From the image attached it's difficult to say if the price should have been hit and the stop filled - I'll need to take a look at the log and trace files to see what may have occurred. Since those may contain personal information, we'd want you to send them in directly for us to assess. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you know the order number for the entry or what time the entry occurred, that would be helpful as well.
