I am attempting to code my strategy to take profit as soon as it hits the top Bollinger band before the bar closes. Is this possible? Thanks!

Thanks for your post.
If you run your strategy with Calculate mode OnBarClose, the strategy will process only at the close of each bar.
To have the strategy process more frequently, you could use Calculate mode OnPriceChange or OnEachTick. This will allow the strategy to process data for each change in price or each incoming tick.
