editor collapse/expand region hotkey -> collapse only methods, not the regions

Hello everyone,

When I use the hotkey collapse/expand all regions,
only the methods are collapsing or expanding.

The actual regions (#region #endregion) do not react to the hotkey,
and many times I have to finish (only for regions when methods just collapsed/expanded) the collapse/expanding one by one.

is this an expected behavior from the editor or the hotkey ?

I am able to reproduce the behavior that you are reporting. I have opened an internal ticket with our development team in regards to if this is the expected behavior of the Collapse All Regions / Expand All Regions Hot Keys and I will get back to you as soon as more information is available.

After further investigation, we have determined that this is the expected behavior of the Collapse All Regions/Expand All Regions Hot Keys. We are currently tracking interest in an internal feature request ticket for collapsing defined compiler directive regions using these Hot Keys.

I just came back on the editor and noticed a some nice handy updates.
Congrats everyone behind.

however have you tried to collapse all again in the editor ?

the methods do collapse.
something new : now the the regions expand when we collapse all (while they just were not affected by "collapse all" in the past).

so, I come back here telling you about that.
I think it would be great if "collapse all" collapses all...
actually it would be amazing if we could collapse by selection !

Do you think there is a chance this will happen ?
