am writing in Java outside the ninjatrader environment.
but I use ninjatrader infrastructure. the code in my program needs to understand how you have it implemented.
Because I get different data when building ashi bars.
my version is as follows:

public static double round(final double price) { return price % 1 == 0 ? price : Math.round(price / .25) * .25; }
but I need to understand how ninjatrader is implemented. it can be a bottleneck when creating bars.
