Atomic operation error set off by unknown order type

Hi NJ support,


Could you help explain what is an atomic operation error? My strategy seemed to have set one off when it exited my positions yesterday. The order execution was completed
but strategy also got terminated as a result. See below.



An unknown type of order may have gotten in the way of the cancelation order. How did this happen and how can I prevent it from happening again?

This may be something happening on the brokerage side.

Are you able to reproduce this error on the Sim101?
