Account position still showing 5L, even have buy and sell

    Account position still showing 5L, even have buy and sell

    In my account, I was wonder the order execute 5 long order.

    And then it also sell it with 5 order also.

    But then why in the strategy page(control centre) still showing up 5L for account postion with position -

    Thank you for your post.

    To clarify, your account position is showing as 5 long after the strategy has completed a trade and the strategy position shows as flat, is that correct?

    Was the account in a flat position when the strategy was enabled?

    What is the Start Behavior are you using with the strategy?

    Who is your broker/data provider?

    Is this on a Sim account or a live or paper trading account?

        Yes, the account is in flat position.

        The start behaviour is StartBehavior = StartBehavior.WaitUntilFlat;

        It is Sim ACoount

          Thank you for your reply.

          Who is your broker/data provider? Some do not guarantee the order in which Order/Execution/Position updates come in, and this can affect the position reporting of the account.

          Are any positions currently shown on the Positions tab of the Control Center?

          We'll likely need to take a look at your log and trace files. As these contain personal information, please do not post them to the forums but instead please send them in directly from the platform. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

          Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
