Struggling with Time Windows

I said that because I had a problem where I would drag them, compile and it would change them back or in a random order. It wouldnt save my changes. But for some reason it worked this time? thanks

Does this look correct if I'm trying to say its ok to only trade from 9:40am - 3:30pm?
For some reason it stopped working correctly and started painting the whole background almost 24/7 (with slivers of breaks).
It happened after I changed my time zone then changed it back.
I should just play with it and see what it paints. Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

You would need to change the "If any" to "if all". With "if any" set then either of the two conditions can be true and this will resolve the group to be true.

When set to "if All", the condition groups would resolve to true only After 9:30 AM and before 3:30PM.
