can backtest change the profit target/stop bracket after 30 minutes?

I'm wondering about the capabilities of the backtester in NT8.

Is is possible (with code?) to backtest a trade plan that changes the bracket (the take profit limit order and the stop loss order) after 30 minutes if they have not already been hit? How would I do that?

Hello yodaler,

Yes if you are using a series which is granular, for example 30 minute bars you could update the target on each new bar when applicable. To update a target you can just call the target again with a new price.
