Hi!
I need to paint a bar that meet a condition, for example:

int barX;
int barY; // target bar

if (Open[0]>Close[0])

barX = CurrentBar;

i need to brush barY which is for example barX - 10;

Thank you for your post.

If you would like to determine the color of a bar, you could use BarBrushes[] within your if (Open[0] > Close[0]) condition.

To color the current bar BarBrushes[0] would be used. The code would look something like this.

BarBrushes[0] = Brushes.Blue;

To paint a bar 10 bars before the current bar BarBrushes[10] would be used. The code would look something like this.

BarBrushes[10] = Brushes.Blue;

If you would like to only color the bar 10 bars before the current bar, you could do the following to check for the 10th bar from the current bar and then call BarBrushes[0].

if(CurrentBar == 10)
BarBrushes[0] = Brushes.Blue;
