another little trouble

Greetings ninja trader team, this time, our strategy has given a failure that I would like to share with you to solve it, it should be noted that it has configured a limit order for the purchase (ENTERLONGLIMIT), and for the stop: ExitLongStopMarket, for the target : ExitLongLimit, I don't know which one you would recommend for it to work better, image 1 occurred in real time, and image 2 occurred in testing, additionally I don't know if it should have any misconfigured properties .. in which you can suggest me .. .

To make things easier for you in future posts, here are some links on doing screen captures: While your photos are okay it may be easier and clearer to use some tools in your PC.

To post/send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

In looking at the two phots one appears to have an entry of 2 but only 1 stop/target, the other has an entry of 2 but has two stop and profit target so I will assume the isue is the missing profit and stop in the first photo.

Please check the "log" tab of the control center, do you see any error messages listed related to the strategy and/or those orders?

Please send your recent long AND trace files to PlatformSupport[at]NinjaTrader[dot]com. Mark the e-mail atten: Paul and ticket # 3119057. In the e-mail include a link to this thread. if possible please identify the time of when the 2 entry orders were placed. Also, please provide a code snippet of your strategy that shows the entry order and the exit orders you are placing.

Please do not post the complete log or trace files in the forum dues to the sensitive nature of the information contained in those files.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your e-mail so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
