how can I define in the strategy builder that, for example, trading should only take place on a certain day of the week?

Thank you for your post.

You could create a condition in the Strategy Builder that checks if the day of the week is a specific day. To do so navigate to the Conditions and Actions screen of the Strategy Builder, click 'add' in the Conditions section, on the left side select the Time folder > Date series, set the center drop-down menu to 'Equals', on the right side select the Time folder > Day of week, use the 'Day of week' drop-down to choose a specific day, click OK.
