Enable strategy in Sim account

Hi NinjaTraders,

I have been using NinjaTrader for backtesting purposes mostly, and at the moment, I am trying to run my strategy in Sims account to get a feel of how NinjaTrader trading bot is like. So to run my simulation account do I just do the following?

1. Connections -> Click on my TDA account to connect to the live data
2. Go to the Strategies tab -> right click on the strategy -> Edit Strategies -> Go to Account and change to the correct Sim account -> Click OK
3. Click on the Enabled checkbox to enable the strategy

Are those the correct steps to start trading my Sim account?
I tried it recently, and it didn't seem to work as my strategy didn't make any trades the entire day.

Yes, those are the correct steps to enable a strategy. If you have not already, I recommend the Strategy Builder 301 training video which demonstrates.
