3 bar confirmation

I am not a coder by any means. Even trying to use the strategy builder is difficult for me. I am simply trying to tell the strategy to go long after crossing up and over the 233 EMA, but wait for 3 bars closing above it. How do I do this? Thanks!

Counting bars in the Strategy Builder is difficult to do. I'll attach an example of how you can create a bar counter in the strategy builder using 2 custom series. Please download, install and examine/test and then use the concepts in your strategy.

In the Strategy ExampleBarCounter, the sequence of Sets 1 to set 2 is important. Set 3 is an example of a cross condition where the bar number is saved into a series and the strategy draws a vertical line on the chart. Set 4 demonstrates an action (drawing a dot on the chart) when 10 bars have passed after the cross event.
