Why did Strategy Builder do a Buy to Cover?

I do not even now how to add a buy to cover on strategy builder

here is what happen
my SELL conditions where met at 13204
i set a profit of 50 points

but strategy builder did a BUY to close on 13200 so i can get a 2 point profit

good but i thought i was gonna take a loss because the price went up high

what happen here?

A BuyToCover order is the OrderAction for an exit order for a short position.

May I confirm you were not intending to exit a short position?
