High[2] Doesn't return correctly

I'm new to programming with NinjaTrader's Api but not new to C#.

I believe that the High[2] or Low[2] is supposed to return the bar previous to the current candle that is forming but It is giving me the data from the beginning of the chart and counting from left to right if that makes sense

Am I using this incorrectly and if so what method would I use to get the previous candles OHLC
For example :
5min chart current candle is forming
I want to be long once the current candle is over the previous candle.

Upload your script you should.
Then easy comments one can make.
Easy the solution.

Thanks for the reply I actually was just being super dumb and didn't think that the counting back started at 0 and didn't start on the bar that is currently forming (TOS lets you use the current OHLC) If you could give me some help on my other post that would be awesome I feel like I spammed the forum but I couldn't find the delete button for this post.
