Strategy builder Price touches ATR Trail Stop - Need help

For the life of me I'm not getting this to work. I've tried just doing a basic test where if what I'm trying to do occurs color the bar but I can't seem to get it to work.

Basically what I'm trying to do is when Price closes below an EMA 9 enter a short. Then when price touches (Not when it closes but when it actually touches) the ATR Trail Stop indicator it exits the short.

I have tried multiple ways to just test when prices touches the ATR Trail stop to color the bar but can't get that to work. Any help is appreciated.

I can get it to color a bar if price CLOSES above but I can't get it to show when price TOUCHES something. What would I need to do to get that working. I have tried changing the parameters to "On each tick" and "On Price Change" but neither of those works for anything if I put my first attribute to Price -> Ask or Price -> Bid or Price -> High. What am I missing here? So frustrating that this doesn't work.

Are you printing the values to understand why the condition is not evaluating as true?
If so, may you provide the output from the prints saved to a text file?

If you consider the price touching for the price to be exactly equal to (or equal to or greater than) are you using greater than or equal to as the comparison operator?

Are you wanting to know if the price is within 1 tick of the other price?
