Fill at reverse

Hello, I would like to short sell once a stop is hit say at 100 and the limit to fill to be inferior say 99. and vice verse for buying, stop at 99 and limit to fill at 100. The whole idea is to get confirmation of pulback or pop back up. How can I achive that?

You could use EnterShortStopLimit/EnterLongStopLimit to place a short/long stop-limit order with a limit price and stop price.
