    Error during trading 'account is not connected'

    Hi,
    during a user's trading an error (with pop-up message) has occurred that an order cannot be placed because "account is not connected".
    Strategy then attempts to get itself flat and disables.
    Under what circumstances would that occur? Flowing data from a data provider connection but loss of broker connection?
    The user is trading into IB via TWS connection.

    its possible that may relate to connection issues. It would be difficult to say without more details.

    This would likely be a situation where the user should email platformsupport [at] ninjatrader.com so a support member can check their logs for that period of time.
