Coder Needed

Hi Everyone I have a simple logic I need coded. It uses one indicator that I have the zip file for, called a Gaussian Filter, essentially buying market close of green candle, selling market bar open close of first red candle. The indicator itself colors the trend candles, and I use heiken tick charts so my strategy is simple and decent but prefer automation for personal reasons. A few simple little add ons in the script would be a daily profit and loss goal to stop trading and a feature to stop trading "x" minutes before the us session close. If can attach custom ATM to it great of not no big deal. Can anyone affordable help out? Thanks
