Closing strategy without closing pending orders or open position

The behavior of orders does not change between the Sim101 and a live account. The behavior should be the same.

Orders will be cancelled when enabling a strategy if they are not matched in historical data.

Thanks for your reply. Now to add those pending orders I have tried to add them from OnOrderUpdate, it seems like they don't add to the list. Am I trying to add them from wrong place? Or it should be added from OnExecutionUpdate? note, I am trying to add pending orders to the list and I am using List<order>

OnOrderUpdate() would be the correct place.

private List<Order> myOrders;

myOrders = new List<Orders>();

In OnOrderUpdate():
myOrder.Add(order);
