Running Strategies from Charts vs Control Center only

Hi,
My question is if there is any disadvantage / advantage of running automated strategies from charts vs control center considering their performance/reliability etc.. Which method would you recommend?

Thanks for your post.

Running a strategy from the Strategies Tab of the control center would have less resource use as you are not dealing with graphics of the chart, although the graphics are handled by the GPU and not the CPU.

If you only have a few strategies it may be better, for you, to observe their performance on a chart, at least until you have a comfort level with their performance.

If you are running many strategies or no longer need to see your strategy performance on a chart, then you can run them from the strategies tab.

One approach would be to start with the strategy on the chart and observe its performance until you are quite satisfied and are comfortable no longer observing and then move it to the strategies tab only.
