Create a function to be called periodically

Similar to onBarUpdate() which is called periodically, is there a way to create my own onMyTwoMinuteUpdate() which can be called every 2 mins?

In other words, is there way to trigger a function to be called based on time instead of event?

Hello localappleseed,

You could add a 2 minute series and process on that BarsInProgress. This would work historically and in real-time.

In real-time only you could use a timer.
