    Unmanaged Order orders

    Hello,

    What if two unmanaged orders are executed with the same name:
    Code:
    SubmitOrderUnmanaged(0, OrderAction.Buy, OrderType.Limit, 1, 100, 0, "", [B]"Long Limit"[/B]);
    SubmitOrderUnmanaged(0, OrderAction.Buy, OrderType.Limit, 1, 110, 0, "", [B]"Long Limit"[/B]);
    Will the second be ignored because the name already exists or will it throw an error?

    Hello amaltais,

    Thank you for the post.

    This type of question would be a good item to just test from your script to see the answer, the answer is no it would not cause an error or be ignored. This will create a confusing script if you develop it like this. Using individual names allows you to see the individual orders in the OnExecutionUpdate which is necessary when using unmanaged.

    I look forward to being of further assistance.
