Hi,

I find that the simulated data feed is just about useless for my purposes. I would like to be able to test strategies under simulated conditions of my choosing. The feed that comes with NT8 only allows you to adjust the trend.

Are there any tools that you are aware of that could generate completely customizable simulated data feeds for NT8? I have done an internet search and come up empty.

An alternative would be to design my own. Is there a technical description of the data feed APIs available which describes the contents and format of the feeds?

You can write an external application to push data through the External data feed.
