Can Strategy have an UI?

I would like to know if we can add UI to a strategy.
The use cases is that there are certain parameters (e.g. size of the entry, risk tolerance) which I would like to be able to alter dynamically over the course of the strategy without hardcoding that onto the strategy code or configuration parameter.
