Add space to chart strategy right + shifting Y-AXIS to left side of space on right?

Hello. I would like to add to strategy some buttons to my trade strategy. For this i would like to shift the chart graph on the right a little to the left (see image) plus make the Y-Axis to appear on the left side of the space near the end of the shrieked chart.

I know that i can leave space on the right by pressing Chart properties and changing "Right Scale Margin" to lets say 400.

1. How do i control Chart right margin from code and not manual change?
How do i make the Y-Axis to the left of the space added (near the end of the shrinked chart)
