User Input for Time Value

Is there a way to create a User input variable(maybe a string) that would allow a user to input the time value in as one field?
Variable startTime = "10,30,00"

TimeSpan = (startTime)

Or would I have to have separate input variables for each segment
Variables - hour * minute * second

TimeSpan = (hour,minute,second)

You may use any one of the following properties:

[Display(Name="MyDateTime")]
public DateTime MyDateTime { get; set; }

//Time Picker without seconds
[NinjaScriptProperty]
[PropertyEditor("NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.TimeEditorKe y")]
[Display(Name = "MyTime")]
public DateTime MyTime
{ get; set; }

//Time Picker with seconds
[NinjaScriptProperty]
[PropertyEditor("NinjaTrader.Gui.Tools.AutoCloseTim eEditorKey")]
[Display(Name = "MyTime")]
public DateTime MyTime
{ get; set; }

The input could also be a simple integer, then you can use the ToTime function:
