Flatten on Disable?

Hello

I have a strategy that for some reason intermittently becomes disabled, often leaving me with an open position.

Is there a setting or anything that I can use so that when one of these random disables happens it will flatten any open positions?

Hello calebsandfort, thanks for your post.

The default behavior for error handling is "Stop Cancel Close" which means if the strategy hits an error like an order rejection the strategy will disable, cancel all resting orders, and close any open positions. Do you see any errors in the log tab of the Control Center about order rejections? If so what do they say?

If you are unable to find any problems in the log tab, I will need to take a look at your log and trace files.

Thanks for the response. Looked at the log and trace files and there were no errors. I am using the default behavior as you mentioned above.

I've attached the log and trace files just in case I missed something.

The strategy is not coming across any order rejections from what I can see in the log file. Do you see the same thing happening when you run the SampleMACrossover strategy? If not, there is something in the custom strategy causing the problem.
