I have used your example of trail for lengths, and it works well ... I would like to use it also for shorts, but I don't know how to modify it.
It doesn't work well for me.

Hello natan, thanks for your post.

It looks like your stop loss and profit target prices are not correct for a short order. When you enter short, the stop loss needs to be above the entry price, and the profit target below the entry price. Every aspect of the long version of the trail builder script must be reversed to employ short orders.

If you are just beginning in the strategy builder, this example is not the best place to start. We would consider this more of an advanced type of strategy. If you have not already, please read through the condition builder page of the help guide where building basic conditions are demonstrated:

Unfortunately, I can not spend the time to convert the existing examples we have, this must be left as an exercise for the reader to convert any existing example to suit their needs.

When you do want to tackle converting this example, consider building it from scratch so you know exactly how it works. Then build it from scratch again but in a Short design. The key component here is getting practice with the condition builder.
