Use time in strategy builder

Hi,
I have been reading posts about how to use time in the strategy builder. I don't understand it, also the help text is in a language I don't understand.
It's too technical for me, and I hope you can tell me how to do this exactly in the strategy builder (not in the code) so that I can run a backtest over a certain historical period.

What I am looking for is that a trade will start (and end) daily on a certain time, using the Inputs (as attached).

In the conditions, how to enter this correctly?

Hello Dennis, thanks for writing in.

The condition looks fine to me. What kind of chart are you running this on? If the time stamp of your bars is not exactly 9:30 or 10:30 the condition will not trigger. Try running the strategy on a 1 minute chart, do you get a trade?

I couldn't compile (Could not compile Ninjascript). I created a new strategy, used 1 min bars and now no problem.
