Depending on where the price is located when the Bollinger condition is met, it is highly important to select the correct order type, or else the order will be rejected. If you need to place a buy order above the Bollinger and the order target price is above the last traded price, a buy stop limit or stop market needs to be used. This will be all about selecting the right order to place at the right time.Comment
