    Hi,

    Before I run my strategy I see there is two roders ( one sell Limit and one buy Limit) in the chart without any buy and sell order and I am not able to close them even though I click on cross icon(X) serveral times.

    Would you please explain , why there is two open ordres and how I can close them and how I can avoid them.

    Thank you for your reply.

    This is indicative of "stuck" orders that can occur when using the Sim account. This occurs when the simulator encounters an error from time to time. To remove them, you will need to reset the Sim101 account.

    Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account:
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
    • Right click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
    • Press the "Reset" button

      Thanks for swift response.
      I have concern.


      Is the issue coming from my strategy, action, behavior in platform or it just happens in Sim account intermittently.

      I am going to open an OneUpTrader account,is there any possibility to see this kind of issue, down the road in the account.

      I hope you fully fathom my concerns.

        Hello bosajin,

        Thank you for your reply.

        This is generally only seen on the Simulation account and would not apply to a live account - a lot of times you'll see it if the PC goes to sleep and the connection gets lost. This is specific to the sim account and it would be extremely rare on a live account.
