TrailStop get rejecteded

Hello,

with a strategy I get a message at my TraiLStops that it will be rejected. With the message as can be seen in the attached picture. Why is this rejected? Usually this should just be done.

Hello Lopat, thanks for your post.

Please check the log tab of the Control Center for any errors. Are you seeing anything along the lines of "order can be placed above/below the market"? If the stop or target are too close to the current market price, it's possible to get this error, so increasing the distance of your stop or target from the current market price can help. If you do not see any errors in the log, turn on TraceOrders for the strategy and see what that is outputting.

Hi Chris,

his strategy become sell orders (trailing stop) even if the order has been in the market for some time. The screenshot shows that the trailing stop is active at 13110, but is not executed and is rejected at 13108.5. There is a difference of 2 minutes between them.

Hello Lopat, thanks for your reply.

What do the trace orders say about the strategy? There should be a reason given for the order rejection in the Trace Order output.
