Anyone know how to obtain the remains $$ in account to use in a new trade ? I’m looking for a method that I can use in NT 8.

Look’s like simple, but I want to know how much $$ remains after I open a position with another strategy and instrument

Hello Eros, thanks for your post.

Use the Account object Get() method to get the CashValue of the account:

if (Account.Get(AccountItem.CashValue, Currency.Us Dollar) > 25000)
{
  // Do something;
}

You can also use the SystemPerformance class if you want details specific to the working strategy. Here's an example:
