The order quantity must be set up in the ATM template, so set your saved template to 2 quantity. The Limit and Stop price can be set to 0 since OrderType will be set to OrderType.Market.
e.g.
AtmStrategyCreate(OrderAction.Buy, OrderType.Market, 0, 0, TimeInForce.Day, orderId, "test", atmStrategyId, (atmCallbackErrorCode, atmCallBackId)
