"Enforce partial fills": how to check in code it it turned ON or OFF ?

Tools > Options> Simulator enabled "Enforce partial fills"
How can I check in a strategy, is it checked or not?

There is no documented code to receive most properties set in the Tools > Options window, including the 'Enforce partial fills option'.

If I am able to find an exposed property for this I will post in this thread.

I am creating the strategy for Collective2, and multiple executions in "master strategy" will make an awful impact on clients' accounts.
