I see that there is a feature to save live data as historical. Is there a way to save tick data from the live data feeds and then to use it to test, either in Market Replay or otherwise? Thanks.

Thanks for posting.
This is possible by enabling market recording for playback, then running a live tick chart or Market analyzer to record.
If your data feed provides it, you should also be able to load historical tick data in bulk using the Historical Data manager.
