I want to enter a bracket order using EnterLongStopLimit and EnterShortStopLimit, such that these orders are "OCO" ... can you direct me to an example or instructions on how to set this up. thanks!

When using the managed approach the order handling rules will get in the way of doing this. We do have a sample of using the unmanaged approach with an OCO for a bracket entry here:
