Can't get ES futures data earlier than 2009?

Hi, I was trying to back test my strategy but it seems the ES data earlier than 2009 is not available using the CQG connection? I tried using my IB connection, but maybe I requested too much historical data and I was no longer able to open any more charts using the IB connection. How do I get ES data earlier than 2009?

Our historical data should provide minute data back to 2006, and daily data back to 2009, what interval data does your strategy require?

Hi Ryan, not sure what happened, but now I'm able to get daily data back to beginning of 2005 whereas previously it was only up to 2009.

This would expected for some instruments from NinjaTrader Historical Data servers, as this would be as far back as NinjaTrader was recording the data.

If the data is insufficient, you may want to consider obtaining the data from a 3rd party, and then importing the data into NinjaTrader from a formatted text file.
