Thanks for that detail.
In manual coding you can observe the events the orders produce. There is a sample that covers this concept and shows how to use orders in your logic here: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...and_onexec.htm
The main take away from this sample would be how it uses OnExecutionUpdate and OnOrderUpdate to observe your orders. OnExecutionUpdate specifically can be used to watch for your order to exit to trigger logic or reset variables. You can use OnOrderUpdate to watch for orders that get submitted and become active to store them to variables. Those variables can be used to access the values of your orders.
