I believe the .D appended to the symbol in Tradestation is used to show trading that occurred outside of the pit session only- if this is correct, then changing the Trading Hours that your chart uses would allow you to do this. I've included a link below with more information:

In this case you would likely need to create a custom Trading Hour template that includes only the hours you want to show. The link above also contains instructions on how to to this in the 'How to create and edit a Trading Hour Template' section.

TradeStation calls the .D qualifier the electronic day session. Within TradeStation it charts bars from 8:30AM to 3:15PM M-F.

A comparable session template in NinjaTrader is CBOE US Index Futures RTH.
