Multiple strategies, multiple entries for a Single Instrument

I wonder whether i would have a conflict if i would run into the following situation: Let's assume i have AAPL as an instrument which runs in 2 different strategies. In Strategy A i have an ongoing Long Order for APPL. Two days later, Strategy B will raise a Long Order for AAPL. 5 days later, the order in Strategy B will remain while the order in Strategy A will be stopped out by a trailing stop or profit taker. Will this also affect the AAPL Long order in Strategy B?

As far as I understood, I will need to name my entries by a unique name and set EntriesPerDirection = 1, EntryHandling = EntryHandling.UniqueEntries.
Is this also valid for unmanaged order types?

I just have learned that unmanaged order types are treated totally different so there isn't a conflict for a single instrument traded in different strategies simultaneously.

Hello Sweet&Sour,

Each Strategy's position and orders are independent while both strategies will be affecting the account position.
