Strategy Optimisation ERROR

[SBMT17]

Hello,
When running Strategy Analyzer to optimize time frames for strategy I get the following error. "A hosted indicator tried to load additional data. All data must first be loaded by the hosting NinjaScript in it's configure state."

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I only get this error if I use Optimization, Walk-Forward or Multi-Objective Optimization. I do not get this error with Standard.

Thank you for your note.

Does the indicator which you reference from your strategy load additional data series?

If so you should add that data series to the strategy as well. See the 2nd warning at the following link,

If the indicator does not load additional data series, would you be able to provide a sample strategy which can replicate this?

I am also having the same issue that SBMT17 mentioned.
Yes my indicator also does load additional data series.

Just to be clear, my script is not the host for other scripts, but my script is only the host for the indicator, or do I have that backwards? Either way, you're asking me to ensure that both the indicator and the script have the same State.Dataloaded and AddDataSeries()?

Your strategy would need to have the added data series if it calls a indicator which calls an add data series.

If you add the data series in the strategy, does the error resolve?
