Stop-loss stuck in 'Cancel submitted' state on Sim101 acct.

Hi Guys,
This is to let you know it is possible for a Sim101 acct. order to get stuck in a ...New state='Cancel submitted'... state.
I was stress testing our strategy yesterday, and planned to run it overnight, but an order got stuck in a cancelling state. The strategy is still running this morning, but of course is waiting for the order to finish cancelling. FYI, the strategy uses the Unmanaged approach. Running NT version 8.0.20.1 64-bit .
If there is any advice or tips you think would be helpful in preventing this please let me know. .
Please let me know who to forward the Log & Trace files to.

Addition info: I started a new instance of the same strategy on a different chart. As soon as that strategy started submitting orders, the "stuck" stop-loss finished/completed the cancelling state and is now working normally again.
