You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

There seems to be a RAM issue going on. Right now I'm looking at my testing workspace and I'm using 2.4gb or RAM. No data feed is running and I've removed all inds. that could be a problem. I know there's volatility in the markets but I have nothing running. I just ran a test using sim data feed. It takes a very long time for the inds. to catch up. Then suddenly I will have 10 bars instantly populate after a minute or so. And my RAM will go to 6.4gb and stay there. It used to work fine. Is this specific to me or are many people saying this?
