DisconnectDelaySeconds - what does it mean?

DisconnectDelaySeconds set time between 2 events. What are these events?

The first event:
- the first network issue;
- ConnectionStatus.ConnectionLost;
- ConnectionStatus.Disconnected;
- something else?

The second event:
- ConnectionStatus.ConnectionLost;
- ConnectionStatus.Disconnected;
- strategy disabled;
- something else?

Thank you for your reply.

That would be between ConnectionStatus.ConnectionLost and when the strategy disables itself. This countdown can be interrupted if your connection is reestablished within the time set in DisconnectDelaySeconds.
